Terms of Service
My prices are displayed in CAD!~ Payment is done upfront through Ko-fi (or paypal if necessary)~ I have the right to refuse a commission request for any reason.~ Unless something occurs on my end, I won't do refunds after a sketch is approved. (When working with me, you are paying for my time. I will only do refunds if it is an emergency.)~ My art is NOT to be used for commercial purposes (Resale), in training AI, or used as Crypto or NFTs.
(If you wish to print your commission for your own use, that is more than okay with me.)~ I have the right to use your completed commission as examples of my work.~ Discord is only to be used for commission purposes only! I will not respond to anything casual.
What I can and cannot draw
CAN
~ Splatoon characters (Inklings/Octolings, etc)
~ Animals (Both feral and anthro)
~ Simple Robots/Amour/Monsters (if you are unsure as to what I consider complex, don't be afraid to ask!)
~ Canon characters (I will use my designs for certain characters, keep this in mind. If you require the character to be more close to the official design, let me know.)
~ SFWCAN'T
~ Anything NSFW/Fetish
~ Gore
~ Illegal/Hateful/Nasty stuff (Incest, Rasicm, Pedophilia, general LGBTQ-phobic stuff, etc)
~ Extremely complex designs
* Humans and ship art are not listed due to me not wanting to draw certain scenarios or aspects of designs. (I am aroace, you will not get good ship art from me, support someone else who can instead!)
Commission process is as follows:- DM via discord of what you would like
- My approval
- Payment through Ko-Fi (When paying, please let me know who's buying it)
- Creation period (I will send process images along the way depending on the option)
